  • Participate in all phases of architectural projects, including design development, presentation drawings, specifications, design review, construction-document coordination, and review of drawings and specifications.
  • Help establish and implement client-specific processes and procedures when appropriate.
  • Prepare project updates and reports to keep clients and project stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Identify project issues and work collaboratively with the team to develop practical solutions.

What Will Help You Succeed

You’ll likely do well in this role if you enjoy having ownership over your projects while still being part of a collaborative team. The work calls for someone who can move comfortably between design, documentation, project coordination, and client communication.

Strong project architects in this environment are organized, thoughtful communicators who can anticipate challenges, keep teams aligned, and make practical decisions when projects become complex. Strategic thinking is important, particularly when addressing design challenges, documentation, detailing, and project delivery.

The Work Environment

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects while working closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in project delivery, client relationships, design development, and the continued growth of the team.
