We are searching for a Junior Recruiter to provide onsite recruitment support for a hospitality company in Las Vegas. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $24 to $26 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for hospitality roles including gaming, food and beverage, and guest services positions.
- Maintain frequent communication with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS-CRM systems daily to track applicants, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate recruiting data.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and local Las Vegas hospitality networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, professionalism, and cultural fit within a hospitality environment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
- Deliver clear, concise, and welcoming communication that reflects a hospitable and inviting employer brand.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on recruiting progress.
- Manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining attention to detail and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in gaming, hotels, or food and beverage environments.
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and warmly.
- Experience using ATS-CRM systems or similar recruiting technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including email, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
