Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

We are searching for a Bilingual HR Generalist to provide onsite support for a hospitality company with multiple locations. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $28 to $31 per hour.


Responsibilities


  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts across multiple locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, policy interpretation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws within a regulated gaming environment.
  • Administer onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in an HRIS system.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and translation support for HR matters.
  • Partner with management to support employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as needed to support operations.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) and gaming or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
