We are searching for Operations Associates who will ensure a safe and memorable experience for visitors to an exhibition. Associates are the first points of contact, welcoming and greeting visitors, answering questions, and coordinating front-desk activities.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Work according to the schedule, including weekends and holidays, with rotating shifts.
- Welcome visitors, including VIPs and large groups.
- Provide visitors with a welcome tour / speech about ongoing exhibitions.

Reception: Customer service, ticket explanations, crowd control, ticket verification, managing VIP tickets, strollers, wheelchairs, storage lockers, and troubleshooting emergencies.

Rounding: Check exhibition zones, manage exhibit materials, arrange items, ensure optimal conditions, crowd control, collect lost items, prevent incidents, and collect trash.

Retail Shop: Display products, manage inventory, conduct audits, keep the store clean, handle payments, exchanges, refunds, and manage lost and found items.

Tea Bar: Take orders, assign tables, make and serve beverages, manage inventory, and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Understanding of exhibition content, operational processes, and procedures.
