Are you an experienced Registered Nurse leader ready to take the next step in hospital nursing management?

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Manager (RN) — Telemetry to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support for an assigned hospital nursing unit.

In this role, you will work closely with senior nursing leadership and help ensure that patients receive high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care while supporting staff performance, clinical competency, and effective resource management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with progressive hospital leadership experience who is ready to assume greater responsibility and help strengthen nursing operations at the unit level.

What You’ll Do

Core Duties:

  • Provide leadership and operational support for assigned nursing and patient-care areas
  • Assist with assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice at the unit level
  • Assume 24/7 management responsibility for assigned areas
  • Support senior nursing leadership in maintaining high standards of patient care and nursing practice
  • Help ensure nursing care is safe, appropriate, and consistently delivered
  • Support and monitor the competency and performance of clinical staff
  • Assist with appropriate staffing and resource management related to patient care
  • Serve as a professional role model and advocate for the nursing discipline
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff, hospital leadership, and other departments
  • Perform additional related duties as required

What You’ll Need — Mandatory Qualifications

Licensure:

  • Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence/practice

Education:

  • Academic degree in nursing required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment
  • Experience must include service as a manager, full-time charge nurse, or related nursing leadership position

Certifications:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven nursing leadership ability
  • Strong hospital operational knowledge
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a professional role model and advocate for nursing

Additional Requirements:

  • Management experience is required
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
