Pay Range (W2): $41.00–$43.50/hour

We are seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to support the Mental Health Clinic at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. What You'll Do

Core Duties:

• Coordinate appropriate referrals to community resources and other government agencies for needed services
• Independently assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic, educational, and personal backgrounds
• Evaluate and address the impact of medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities, treatment procedures, medications, and chronic or traumatic illnesses and injuries
• Implement appropriate treatment modalities for individuals, families, and groups experiencing psychiatric, medical, and social challenges
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, couples, and families within the scope of licensure
• Provide consultation to healthcare staff regarding patients' psychosocial needs and the impact of psychosocial concerns on healthcare outcomes and treatment compliance
• Coordinate and facilitate appropriate community and government referrals and follow-up services
• Participate in professional peer-review case conferences, research activities, and other professional organizations or programs required by the medical treatment facility
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations

What You'll Need — Mandatory Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience within the past 3 years as a Social Worker

Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)

Licensure: Current, valid, unrestricted license or certification to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Life Support Certification: Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification, if required for the assigned position

Security: Must be able to pass a government background check/security clearance
